Policies & Procedures

ACFA believes in Equality and Safety for everyone involved with our Academy. The framework we have put in place aims to build a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to participate with respect for the game and respect for one another.

11 Standards of Respect

These 11 Standards are built on the concept of RESPECT.  Respect for the game and respect for each other.  They are a part of Football Australia’s Member Protection Framework which aims to build a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to participate in our sport.  They also complement the Football Australia National Code of Conduct and Ethics which provides enforceable regulations to uphold the integrity and protect the reputation of Australian football.

Safeguarding Policy

ACFA acknowledges that staff, members, and volunteers provide a valuable contribution to the experiences of Children and Adults at Risk involved in football. ACFA aims to continue this and to take measures to protect the safety and well-being of all Children and Adults at Risk participating in football.

Bullying & Harassment Policy

ACFA aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all members participating in football.  Everyone involved in our sport should be treated with respect and dignity and be free to participate without being discriminated against, harassed, bullied, or abused.

Code of Conduct Policy

To ensure that all players, members, spectators, officials, and volunteers have a very clear understanding of the behaviour that is expected from everyone and to make it clearly understood that breaches of these codes will result in disciplinary action.

Anti Discrimination Policy

Adam Casey’s Football Academy (ACFA) are committed to football being a sport for everyone to participate in and enjoy.  This includes a zero-tolerance policy for any form of Discrimination.
